NRC - Nieuws & achtergronden 10.6.1

The free NRC app offers you the latest news and the digital version of the newspaper. Additionally, it allows you to create your own news bundle and stay informed about your chosen topics.

In the "News" tab, you can find out what's really going on - the most important news is always at the top. If you come across something you want to share, it's easy to do so via platforms such as Whatsapp, Facebook, email, or SMS.

New users receive the first newspaper for free. NRC subscribers can enjoy unlimited reading in the app after logging in. Non-subscribers have the option to purchase individual newspapers within the app.

The latest newspaper is available in the app every day from 23:00. Once downloaded, you can read it offline. When you open the app, the most recent newspaper will be displayed automatically. Want to revisit a previous edition? No problem. You can view and download old editions in the newspaper overview.

Many articles on the website have suggested topics. Examples include American politics, children's book reviews, or artificial intelligence. You'll also find other news themes, columnists, and sections in the app. Simply click on them to follow these topics. By following multiple topics, a personalized bundle of stories will appear in the "My News" section.

Want to be immediately informed about urgent news? Or receive a notification when a new article about climate change, Formula 1, or organized crime is published? With the NRC app, you'll always be up to date on the latest news and your most important follow topics.

If there's an article you want to (re)read later, you can save it to your personal reading list. This can be done from either the digital newspaper or the "News" tab. Your reading list will be synchronized across all devices where you are logged in. Save an article via the app and continue reading on your desktop.
